There must be other people out there like me. Please let there be. I cannot be alone in this. When I was a teenager I clued into something about myself. I would go to the store and buy the exact same candy for a week, then the following week I would try a different kind.
Don’t worry it wasn’t just candy. I would then switch to cherry lip gloss, magazines and anything else that struck my fancy. Happy ending, I stopped consuming the candy and switched to grapefruits everyday after school.
Back to the Candy…Gregg Braden is my candy of the week. In a good way. Just like the grapefruit, he is a healthy candy. He is a brilliant scientist, speaker and author who is easy to listen to and understand. Gregg offers some fascinating information. For example, how about his ‘Time code Calculator”? He advises not to start the process in the evening as it may keep you up all night.
“The Time Code Calculator is a user-friendly tool that gives us easy access to the patterns that unfold as nature’s cycles—the same patterns that govern much of the universe and life. It allows us to peer into the timeline of history in a way that mimics the vision of prophets and remote viewers in many respects.”

I discovered a program on TV called “Sunday Morning”. Yes, it airs on CBS Sunday mornings. This show is particularly interesting because it does not repeat itself continuously like other news/entertainment shows.
The show is informative and they get to the point quickly and move to the next story. Feb 28th, 2010 had them delving into the lives of successful Entrepreneurs. Kathy Ireland (former swimsuit model) was highlighted. Her company earns over a billion dollars a year selling a little bit of everything from crafts to what an entire house needs. Carpets, upholstery etc…
How about a social entrepreneur? You’ll find one in Blake Mycoskie. He sells shoes. Tom’s Shoes. For every pair sold, a pair is donated to someone in need. Brilliant idea and he is very successful. Here is a link to his website:

One of the most contagious laughs, and most enjoyable is the laugh that bubbles up from Mr. Les Brown. If you haven’t heard of him yet, you want too. He’s been on PBS, had a TV show and is a well known motivational public speaker.
In his most recent video (#5) he refers to how Einstein said that the “imagination is a preview of what is to come”. He goes on to explain that everything that is accomplished is done twice. First in the invisible and then the physical.
I have subscribed to his Skype Videos and they are very informative and free. Check out this link to sign up to receive his videos. http://lesbrownlaughs.com
Enjoy your day everyone. Laugh. It releases those good feeling endorphins and clears up your thinking.

There is always someone at the workplace that seems to have their lips turned down. If you are away sick they do not speak to you or look at you when you get back. Normally this would make one feel worse. However, I have chosen to see it for what it is. Negativity and Judgment.
It’s funny how people can judge situations they know nothing about. You would think they would put their brains to better use or care about why you were really absent from your duties.
Dr. Wayne Dyer, author of Excuses Begone, has excellent advice for dealing with negative people and situations. Whatever it is that you are wanting, want it more for the other person. For example, I am wanting peace, love and positive camaraderie in the workplace with suspension of judgment. In following Dr. Dyer’s advice, I would then want all those things more for whom I see the perpetrator as being than I want it for myself.

It is so true! I love to sing. It makes me feel good.
Yesterday I purchased two songs and practiced singing them. I need practice. They have the songs set in such a high key. The first one I chose was ‘I just fall in love again’ by Anne Murray and the second one was ‘Top of the World’ by the Carpenters.
When I think I’m good to go – I shall post the songs here in audio format. Actually, one time I was given $40.00 to sing ‘Top of the World’ at a Karaoke place in Japan. This fellow really wanted to hear that song and that was his way of expressing just how much I suppose. He did not have to pay me. I was there to sing.
This website is great for finding songs and getting them instantly. They download into Windows Media Player or Itunes. You can choose whether you want someone singing with you or not.

Let’s talk about where my favorite place to shop is…
Hay House! Best buy for your buck without a doubt and high quality materials everytime.
What does Hay House do? They produce books, CD’s, DVD’s. They offer workshops, conferences, and online demand streamline events. My favorite authors are Hay House authors. Such as Wayne Dyer, Christiane Northrup, Denise Linn, Louise Hay (the founder of Hayhouse) Gregg Braden, Colette Baron-Reid, Cheryl Richardson, Suze Orman and Michael Neill to name a few.
Here are a couple of links to introduce you to Hayhouse. First off is the Hayhouse Radio site where you can listen to regular shows of authors being interviewed. People phone in and ask for advice. To listen to archive shows, you can become a member for a low price of $48.00/yr. With that membership, you receive a ‘You Can Heal Your Life’ movie which is fantastic.

Secondly is the site about healing your life. Jam packed with articles and video’s. Links to author’s blogs and websites. For example an article posted Oct.10, 2009 by Suze Orman is titled, “Can you afford the house you want?”
